The problem

Worse lying down. Worse in winter. Worse after a drink.

Waking up groggy, dry-mouthed and never quite rested is more common than most people realise. When breathing through the nose becomes even slightly difficult, the body switches to mouth-breathing overnight. Chronic night-time congestion alone triples the odds of habitual snoring.³ The cause happens during sleep. The consequences show up in the morning.

83%

Mouth breathe at night

Overnight sleep studies show most people switch to mouth breathing at some point without ever noticing.¹

20%

Go to bed congested

For around one in five adults, a blocked nose isn’t just an occasional nuisance - it’s part of everyday life.²

40%

Snore regularly

Snoring affects two in five UK adults. Many don’t realise how often they snore until someone else points it out.³

The Two-Part System

Sticker on, clip on. Two pieces that work as one to lift your nose open, in a single click.

How it works

On in seconds. Works all night.

No instructions to memorise. Clip it on, breathe, and let Airlift do the work.

Placing a skin-safe sticker beside the nose 1

Apply the stickers

Place a skin-safe sticker on each side of your nose. The metal discs sit hidden inside, barely noticeable.

Snapping the magnetic clip onto the nose 2

Snap on the magnetic clip

The applicator clip clicks onto the discs and gently lifts your nostrils open, secure in seconds.

Breathing freely while wearing Airlift 3

Breathe, sleep, repeat

Feel your airway open the moment the clip snaps on. Wake up rested. The clip lasts for years. Just reorder stickers when you run low.

What it helps with

One little clip. Where it helps, and where it doesn’t.

Airlift is a nasal dilator: it gently holds your nasal passages open so air moves more freely. Here’s where people find it useful, and where it has its limits.

Airlift gently opens the nose to make breathing easier. It isn’t meant to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. More on the science →

The product

Gentle enough for sleep.
Tough enough for race day.

The clear Airlift clip holding firm on the nose

Opens instantly

Your nostrils lift the second the clip snaps on, nothing to adjust, nothing to wait for.

A split view of one nose: the Airlift clip holding the left nostril open, the right nostril bare

Never caves in

It stays rigid even on your sharpest inhale, so your airway can’t pinch shut mid-breath.

The Airlift clip staying put on a sweaty face

Sweat-proof

Grips through sweat and restless sleep. Apply to clean, dry skin — oils and moisturiser beat any adhesive, ours included.

Kind to your skin

Soft, skin-friendly stickers and a lightweight clip you can wear for hours without a hint of irritation.

Why Airlift

Strips were a workaround. This is the solution.

Will the stickers actually stay on overnight or when I’m sweaty?
Almost always — and here’s when they don’t. Applied to clean, dry skin, the adhesive holds through sweat and a full night’s sleep, and the magnetic clip locks firmly onto the discs inside. What beats it: night cream or moisturiser, very oily skin, and heavy stubble right where the sticker sits. Wipe the area first (the Cleansing Prep Pads exist for exactly this), press for a few seconds, and you’ll get a full night, every night.
Will it hurt or feel uncomfortable?
It shouldn’t. The stickers are thin and flexible and the clip is light, so the gentle lift on your nostrils is barely noticeable. Most people forget they’re wearing it within a few minutes.
I have sensitive skin. Is the sticker adhesive safe?
The stickers use a gentle, latex-free adhesive designed for daily use on facial skin. If you’re prone to reactions we suggest a quick patch test first.
How is Airlift different from nasal strips?
Nasal strips just tug on the bridge of your nose from the outside and tend to cave inward when you breathe in hard. Airlift uses a magnetic clip to actively hold your nostrils open from both sides, so it opens wider, won’t collapse on a strong inhale, and the clip is reusable instead of being thrown away every morning.
Do the magnets go inside your nose?
No. Nothing goes up your nose. The skin-safe stickers sit on the outside of your nostrils and hold the tiny metal discs, and the magnetic applicator clip rests gently across the outside, lifting your nostrils open from the sides. Everything stays on the surface of your skin.
How do I know which size to pick?
You don’t have to guess. Every Starter Kit includes all five sizes (XS–XL). Just try them and keep the one that feels secure and comfortable; most people settle on a medium. Use the Find Your Fit slider above to compare the range.
